i)Nominet’s Terms & Conditions:

- During the registration process, customers are presented with Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration before completing their purchase.

- A checkbox or acknowledgment prompt is included, requiring customers to explicitly agree to Nominet’s terms before proceeding with the registration.

- Links to Nominet’s terms are provided on the registration contact.

- Upon completion of registration, customers receive an email confirmation that includes a summary of Nominet’s terms and a reminder of their acceptance.
ii) NEXIX Terms & Conditions:

- NEXIX’s Terms and Conditions are prominently displayed on this page and accessible through a link provided during the registration process.

- Before finalising your domain registration, customers are required to review and accept the NEXIX’s terms and conditions.

- A checkbox or acknowledgment prompt ensures that customers explicitly agree to the NEXIX’s terms before proceeding.

- Customers receive a confirmation email after registration, which includes a summary of the registrar’s terms and conditions for their reference.
iii) Terms & conditions:

- NEXIX Service Charges: Clearly outline the fees associated with domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and any additional services offered, at the point of sale.

- Expired and Expiring Domain Names: Expired domains will be released 30 days after expiring, and renewal notices are issued 30 days prior to expiring, Auto-renewal is automatic and chargeable at the rate listed in the prior to expiration email unless requested to no longer be renewed.

- Domain Name Renewal Process: Domains are automatically renewed unless stated otherwise by NEXIX or client.

- Domain Name Transfer and Termination Charges: Transferring of domain via IPS tag will be charged a £10 + VAT administration fee, this fee also applies to nameserver changes or DNS changes, if deemed necessary by the customer support agent.
iv) Customer service level commitments

- All enquiries and customer support requests will be responded to within 3 working days.
v) Abuse Contact

vi)Transferring expired domains

- When transferring expired domains, we adhere to the .uk Registrar Agreement and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, including obtaining the registrant’s explicit consent. Here’s an outline of our process:

- Prior to the expiration of a domain name, we send notifications to the registrant informing them of the impending expiration. These notifications typically include renewal reminders and instructions on how to renew the domain.
